This study shows that elegant, uniform coatings with zero visible defects and a practical coating solution for heat sensitive products is possible. Temperature is a factor which is associated to stability issues. API, excipient and dosage form may be sensitive to temperature which is often an headache with regular coating system cause they require high tablet bed temperature in order to deliver a perfect coating.
